What we did: From the amenities and apartment layouts to the mood boards for each area, everything was crafted following the Almero design guidelines that we previously developed and adapted for this project. We were also in charge of all interior specifications, liaising with suppliers in the choice of new finishes and furniture including accessories.
A Designer at Heart was appointed by Steyn Group and Almero Student for the interior design of their Ladybarn House refurbishment in Manchester, where they converted retail space into student amenities and refurbished the existing bedrooms. Collaborating with Balveer Mankia from Bal Architects, A Designer at Heart provided interior concept designs, technical drawings for tender and assistance during construction until completion. We were also in charge of the new Almero Brand Standards and assisted in the development of the ERs (Employer Requirements).
