Hello Everyone! Finally, Spring is approaching. I love to go out when the air gets crisp, and nature shows all its colours again. Me and Rick love to take long walks in parks and just breathe again with this feeling of renewal.

Despite the weather improving though, this year is still likely to be quite different from our normality. Many of us might still be forced to stay at home the vast majority of the time, and the situation is likely to go on like this for a while too.

To deal with this situation then, I have been taking even more care of my interior spaces. It is something that really improves our everyday life, and it is undoubtedly more significant as we almost never leave home. If you happen to have some outdoor space, a balcony, or a small garden available, that’s even better! Organising that will make it even easier to spend time relaxing and recharging properly.

So, today I thought I’d give out some advice on how to refurbish your interior and outdoor spaces. This way you can give them a fresh and bright look right on time for the new season that’s coming to make them more enjoyable as the weather improves.

About the Colours

I selected a number of items with pastel tones for the most part to convey a sense of relaxation. The tones of green, ivory white, beige, and grey also mix well with natural tones of green and brown. So along with recalling indirectly the natural world as described in the Principles of Biophilic Design, which helps concentration and productivity, they also mix well with surrounding natural elements, whether you are indoor or outdoor.

To this, I added some stronger colour accents here and there such as the olive green floor lamp, the yellow cushions, or some black accents to contrast and make the complex more interesting.
